Privacy Policy

This policy explains what daework accesses, how it uses that information to do the work you request, and the controls available to you.

Information daework processes

daework processes account and workspace details, instructions and conversation history, files you upload, task and approval state, billing and usage records, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.

If you connect Gmail, daework may search and read selected messages, threads, metadata, labels, drafts, and attachments when needed for your request. With your instruction and configured permissions, daework can manage labels, archive, trash, drafts, forwards, and sends. daework does not access Gmail before you connect it, and you can disconnect it at any time.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, assemble the context for your task, provide user-facing work, operate connected-app actions, enforce permissions and approvals, preserve continuity and evidence, prevent abuse, support the service, and meet legal obligations.

When a task needs message or file content, daework may send the minimum relevant content to the model provider selected for that task so it can produce the result you requested. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train shared or generalized AI models.

Google user data and limited use

daework's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the prominent, user-facing features you request. daework does not transfer that data for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.

Storage, sharing, and security

Connected-app tokens are encrypted and scoped to the user and workspace that created them. daework uses service providers only as needed for hosting, storage, payments, model processing, security, and support. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain required business and security records, or satisfy legal obligations. No security system is perfect, but daework applies access controls, encryption, scoped credentials, and approval boundaries designed for the sensitivity of the work.

Your choices

You can change per-tool permissions, decline an approval, disconnect an app, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Disconnecting Gmail stops new access and revokes daework's stored connection; Google account permissions can also be revoked from your Google Account. Some records may be retained where legally required.
