Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to daework and the work it performs through the services you choose to connect.

Using daework

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, comply with applicable law, and have authority to supply the data and connected services you use with daework. You are responsible for reviewing work and decisions that affect your business.

Connected services and approvals

Connecting a service authorizes daework to use only the scopes you grant, subject to daework's per-tool permissions and the connected provider's own terms. Deny keeps a tool unavailable, Ask first requires approval, and Allow makes the tool available when needed. A protected external send still requires a separate approval before daework executes it.

You can disconnect a service at any time. Provider outages, revoked credentials, changed APIs, and provider enforcement may interrupt connected features.

Acceptable use

Do not use daework to violate law or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, deceive recipients, evade safety controls, or create unlawful discrimination. Do not attempt to extract credentials, interfere with other workspaces, or overload the service.

Your content and generated work

You retain rights you hold in the content you provide. You authorize daework and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the service and perform your requests. You are responsible for confirming that generated work is accurate, appropriate, and lawful before relying on or publishing it.

Plans, availability, and changes

Paid plans, usage limits, prices, and cancellation terms are presented during purchase. The service may change as capabilities and provider requirements evolve. We may suspend access needed to address security, abuse, legal requirements, unpaid charges, or material breaches of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

daework is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
